Grandpa Stretch LeBlanc, was raised in the back woods of Louisiana, an Explorer at heart would travel the back woods and rivers surviving on the gifts of nature. In his travels, surviving on berries, bark, and other natural foods. This is what has given Grandpa Stretch LeBlanc his fine old age of 102. Grandpa Stretch LeBlanc believes the important things in life are eating right, challenging himself, and getting a good night’s sleep. Grandpa Stretch LeBlanc has gotten to be his age and height because these beliefs.
Grandpa Stretch LeBlanc start his performance career at the IAAF World Track & Field Championships in Edmonton. Performing at the Opening Ceremonies with over 60,000 in attendance and millions more watching on Television. Grandpa Stretch LeBlanc also performed for the Closing Ceremonies. Grandpa Stretch LeBlanc also performed with Shania Twain in front of 62,531 football fans during the Half-Time show for the 90th Grey (2002) in Edmonton, Alberta. Grandpa Stretch LeBlanc has also performed at Jasper in January.
